This includes the regular CD PLUS an original collage by the Legendary Ace Farren Ford (measures approx 8x5 inches. Ace graciously donated this collage so that I could raise money for a second tour in Japan in late 2023. The extremely high costs of travel has now made it almost impossible to tour abroad, nevertheless I am determined to make this happen and return to Japan to once again play and record with the mane friends I've made there, including Otomo Yoshihide, Toshi Mikawa, Jun Numata, Ryoko Ono, Tatsuya Yoshida and more! Ace Farren Ford, Teté and me! I visited Ace many times during 2020-2023 at his home in Highland Park on Ave. 57. We made music and recorded most of it. In 2021 we invited Teté Leguía to join on the recordings. This album contains the tip top of all those sessions. I first met Ace during the recording session for Sissy Spacek's Prismatic Paramater 2 CD album way back in 2016 what a fantastic session that was, and my proper (musical) introduction to the soul of L.A.'s noise masters, look it up if you want to know how starstruck I was, although i did not know it at the time! Ace has been a good friend, collaborator and very generous mentor since then.

"Tod und Teufel, von welchem Zombie wurden dIE denn gebissen?! Man grillt Spanferkel doch nicht LEBEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Die Spuren zur Los Angeles Free Music Society, bei ACE FARREN FORD aka ACE=1 führen sie zurück bis Mitte der 70er, direkt zu den Doo-Dooettes und Smegma, nach 40 Jahren immer noch. Und auch wenn John Wiese zu Airway oder Sissy Spacek ruft, ist Ford zur Stelle neben den andern Zauseln – Joseph Hammer, Fredrik Nilsen, Joe & Rick Potts, Tom Recchion. Allein dass er auf Faire Grounds for Uh Divorce (Exklageto 27 / Klageto 3, in A5 Sleeve), neben Sopranosax, mit Evil Moisturiser, Chirimia, Cigar Box Guitar, Pocket Trumpet & Gutteral Whail umeinander tobt, spricht Bände. Neben ihm spielt MARTÍN ESCALANTE als RanXerox-Fan 'nur' Sax, aber halt 'Funny as a Cry for Help'. Mittlerweile härtegetestet durch Weasel Walter, Ryoko Ono, Otomo Yoshihide und dabei für ebenfalls Sissy Spacek-tauglich befunden, nutzt er seit 2012 Sploosh Records in L.A. als Spielfeld für seine krasse Schädelspalterei. Mit MoE ist er bei „Saint Vitus Dance“ auch schon in die BA 117 eingedrungen. Was er mit Ford bei 'Warm Summer Watermelon with WD-40' und 'Henhaused Posibilities' exzessivst kirrt, schrillt, fetzt, trillert, splattert, tuckert, schnarrt, bringt hinterher selbst noch den Tatortreiniger zum schwitzen. NOISE ist das Stichwort, was freilich Bohren, Reißen, Fetzen, furioses Gefauche, Spaltklangspitfire und pressendes Getröte mit verstopfem Horn einschließt. Aber vor allem den Eindruck, dass da Schweine bis aufs Blut gequält wurden. Dabei ist das Strafregister von Ace bereits länger als sein Bart, von The Child Molesters über Rancid Vat bis EXP, und Art Brut (es liegt eine Kunstpostkarte bei) und Purple Panther Tattoos kommen auch noch dazu. Wie er Soprano flatterzüngelt, ist dabei noch das Harmloseste. Für die 24 Min. von 'A Profound Sense of False Acne' kommt noch TETÉ LEGUÍA am Bass dazu, Escalantes peruanischer Partner in Martín & Teté und oftmaliger Spielgefährte auf Sploosh, als brausender Low-Fi-Dauerton, der Escalantes exzessives Gezwitscher teilweise und Fords wieder von Schönheits- und Harmonieahnungen nicht unbelecktes Soprano weitgehend unterzackert. Auch das permanente Klopfen oder finale Brodeln schreibe ich Leguía zu, da Ford mit der Cigar Box Guitar die Hände voll hat und sich zuletzt kehlige Laute entringt, während Escalante vor Anstrengung der Mund übergeht oder nur noch züllend pfeift.
